We value your trust and strive to provide the highest quality travel CRM experience. However, we also recognize that situations may arise where refunds are requested. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting them.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
    • Duplicate payments due to technical or transactional errors.
    • Incorrect charges that have been verified by our billing system.
    • A confirmed technical failure of Jetzet.app that prevents you from accessing or using the service, and where our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  2. Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
    • Partial use of services or unused subscription periods.
    • Dissatisfaction with features that are already described and demonstrated on our website prior to purchase.
    • Downgrading your subscription plan mid-cycle.
    • Issues arising from third-party services, internet connectivity, or device incompatibility.
    • Promotional offers, discounts, or free trials.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, you must email support@jetzet.app with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Registered Email ID].
  • Include the following details in your request:
    • Registered account email ID.
    • Transaction ID or payment reference number.
    • Date of transaction.
    • Reason for requesting a refund.
  • Our support team will review your request and may contact you for additional information or verification.
  • In case of any refund is approved,it will take 5-7 business days to get credited to your original payment method.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • In exceptional cases, we may issue service credits that can be used for future Jetzet.app subscriptions instead of a monetary refund.

Discretionary Refunds

  • Quandatum Analytics Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to make final decisions regarding refunds.
  • In some cases, we may offer alternative remedies, such as account credits or an extension of subscription validity, as an alternative to cash refunds.
