Jetzet.travel may include bookings, service fees, or charges as applicable. All payments are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing, features, or payment structures with prior notice.

Refund Policy

Marketplace Services
Jetzet.travel acts as a marketplace connecting customers with travel agencies, operators, or service providers. Quandatum Analytics LLP does not own, operate, or control these third-party providers and is not responsible for their actions, services, or failures. By booking through Jetzet.travel, you agree that any disputes, cancellations, or service failures must be resolved with the respective provider, unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property
All content, software, logos, graphics, trademarks, and intellectual property appearing across Quandatum platforms, including Jetzet.app and Jetzet.travel, are the property of Quandatum Analytics LLP. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or business purposes as intended. Unauthorized use, duplication, or resale is prohibited.

User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse our Services, including but not limited to:

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Fees already paid remain non-refundable except as expressly permitted in our Refund Policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, India.
